The BBC is running a video on its website looking at online behavioural advertising (OBA) targeted at children:

It refers to a WSJ study arguing that children are disproportionately targeted by OBA compared with the general population, and features Philippe Juvin MEP calling for a ban on OBA directed at children. The video also mentions Media Smart in passing.
