The subject of in-housing creative services has been increasingly prevalent in recent years with 57% of WFA members currently having created an in-house model of some shape or form.


Join us for this interactive webinar with Anheuser-Busch InBev (draftLine), The Observatory International and WFA to hear about and discuss global trends in creative in-housing.

  • Rob Foster, Senior Consultant at The Observatory International, will share an overview of our recent joint study on global in-housing trends, debunk some myths and help WFA members understand the practicalities of building and running a successful in-house agency
  • Tracy Stallard, Global VP of draftLine (AB InBev’s in-house agency), will share the journey of their 550 people strong global in-house agency that is driven by the need to be closer to the customer and produce a lot more content in an agile, constant “test and learn” mode. She will also shine a light on how draftLine has helped to breakdown the silo’s of their media and content practices to unify its marketing in ways it hadn’t beforehand.
