Area Expert Brand Manager
The Expert Brand Manager will support OTC brands to develop and activate expert marketing strategy. The EBM will drive first choice among experts, resulting in compelling recommendations of Haleon brands by Health Care Professionals to their patients, increasing sales and enhancing brand equity. The role involves being the active functional ambassador, driving the recognition of value addition of Expert Marketing with internal and external customers to deliver our overall company goals.

Key responsibilities:
- Owns, creates and aligns BU Expert strategy for the assigned brands, grounded on Global strategy and Local consumer/patient insights to drive professional recommendations and brands growth. Leads annual expert strategic planning process for the assigned brands.
- Deeply understands the category, brand, competitors, experts and their needs, identifies Expert insight gaps across the BU and develops plans to address those, integrates Expert insights into brand strategies.
- Builds a culture of “expert obsessed”, engages and energizes internal and external stakeholders on the Expert strategy, drives best practice sharing and learning agenda to support local growth.
- Drives Expert marketing performance metrics to ensure successful achievement of objectives and continuous improvement (BRMO, SoR, AWR, Digital performance metrics, ROI/ENSUM analysis etc.).
- Supports the adoption/adaptation of relevant content for a set of Priority Brands from Category and Design markets and creation of assets when no appropriate assets are available Globally.
- Supports the development and implementation of an integrated digital strategy
- Builds powerful cross-functional relationships
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical/pharmaceutical/marketing.
- 5+ years experience in marketing/expert marketing with Consumer Healthcare or Pharma.
- Successful experience managing strategic development.
- Successful experience of driving results through others.
- Understanding of expert trends and solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Digital marketing experience
- Demonstrated effectiveness as facilitator, and team member, with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in influencing, collaboration, conflict management, and decision making.
