DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Corporate Affairs to develop a corporate communications strategy that brings the market’s business priorities and objectives to life and amplifies global corporate affairs programs for both internal and external stakeholders in the market.
- Serve as a strong communications generalist, with responsibility for driving both strategy and execution across all components of a strategic communications plan for the cluster—media relations, internal and employee communications, executive communications, and community affairs.
- Partner with Director and global leads on crisis response and public affairs issues affecting the cluster, as needed.
- Serves as a member of the LATAM leadership team to provide counsel on a wide range of business issues that require communications support.
- Take global/regional priorities, tools and resources and maximizes relevancy and value in the market through tailored execution.
- Partner with HR team to coordinate and measure success of employee events, including company town halls meetings and partnering with brands on marketing activations that will have a positive impact on employee engagement.
