DescriptionAs Digital Content Experience manager you are responsible for leading people and initiatives to enable development of better digital marketing & communications products at lower costs, in a faster, better, and happier way. This is done together with the line organization, with the matrixes/functions and the process team in IKEA Range.

As Digital Content Experience manager you are responsible for:

- Leading and motivating a team of experience leader and managers. Create collaborative dynamic environment for your team with possibility to growth and develop.

- Inspiring, motivating, and implementing across all levels of organizations.

- Connecting different enablers e.g. UX, Content lifecycle, processes, communications and learning to deliver great content experience in most efficient way.

- Defining, developing, and improving our common ways of working with digital marketing & communications products.

- Responsible for ensuring close collaboration with Product Team(s) to ensure feasibility and compliance from both a business and technical point of view.

- You will be part of IKEA Marketing & Communications digtal management team

We believe that you have a strong passion and a lot of experience from Digital Marketing & Communications. It is in your DNA, and you are excited, curious and have genuine interest in people!

You will need:

- Experience of working in a similar role, ideally, in a large global organization.

- Strong team player with solid experience of people management.

- Experience of working within transforming and dynamic environment.

- Excellence in collaboration across all levels of organizations.

- Good understanding of IKEA or/and other global industries.

- Good understanding all Marketing & Communication disciplines including advertising, change communications, content marketing and internal communications is beneficial.

- Excellent in English, written and spoken.
