About the Role:
For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that will take part to the amazing journey of our digital transformation for our Nutella brands.
You will become part of the Digital team within the HQ Digital Marketing Excellence department, you will report to the Global Nutella Digital Marketing Manager and manage one direct report..
Main Responsibilities:
Covering this role, you will contribute to the global digital strategy development and implementation, supporting the Digital Marketing team in the development of digital campaigns, with focus on global activities, Brand Social Responsibility campaign, Media strategy (social, search) and E-commerce.
Moreover, you will manage digital projects on brand owned and earned channels (e.g., brand website, seasonal activities, digital promotions, social editorial plans, community management, e-commerce content, etc.). You will play a key role by supporting the governance of the digital projects, collaborating with key internal stakeholders: Marketing, Media, IT, Legal, Cybersecurity, Digital Agencies and local marketing teams.
As part of your scope, you will track and analyze brand digital activities performances with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Bakers, Talkwalker, etc.), to monitor and optimize projects performances.
Last but not least, you will analyze market and digital trends and inspiring competitor's best practices, delivering actionable recommendations to stimulate the digital strategy of Nutella brands worldwide.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university background in Communication, Digital Marketing or related fields and your 5 to 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing in a FMCG company or in digital agencies/consultancy, developed in multicultural, cross-geographies contexts.
Your excellent program/project planning and management skills, together with your strong agency management experience on multi brand / multi geographies projects will be key for us.
Your solid understanding of digital consumer, shopper communication and modern media principles as well as all key digital platforms, CMS, Social Media technologies, Search, Analytics, content strategy and operations will be an asset for us.
You will be successful in this role by being a leader with functional expertise, focus on business objectives and influencing skills, creating learnings and disseminating capabilities by leading by example.
Thanks to your presentation and communication skills, you will provide recommendations, insights, lead actions for global teams and make choices, simplifying complex concepts and building credibility with executive stakeholders and key leaders in markets and geographies.
