DescriptionAre you ready to play an integral role in PepsiCo’s digital transformation journey? PepsiCo recently announced the establishment of the company’s first two Digital Hubs in North America and Europe, with plans to expand to more locations in the future. These Hubs, located in Dallas and Barcelona, are expected to create hundreds of new, high-caliber data and digital jobs for the company. The PepsiCo Global Employer Brand team is seeking a dedicated Associate Brand Manager to be responsible for our employer brand positioning for data and digital talent globally. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in brand marketing/corporate communications, and a passion for learning and innovation to join our team. This role will draw upon your knowledge of positioning strategy, writing, brand strategy, and will challenge you to think outside the box. Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and management of the enterprise employer brand (building brand awareness, engaging brand followers, and managing the employer reputation) for data and digital talent
- Partner across recruitment teams, TA sectors, communications, strategy & transformation, and HR to deliver compelling messaging that establishes connection with the data and digital talent we seek to hire and retain
- Proactively seek our new opportunities to elevate our brand through competitive analysis, benchmarking, incorporation of stakeholder feedback, and analyzing hiring data to cultivate insights and content that will engage with desired cohort
- Lead and push our creative agency partners to develop integrated, breakthrough brand and messaging strategies
- Lead the creation and curation of content and brand assets targeted to data and digital talent in key locations, bringing the PepsiCo EVP to life across channels – paid and owned
- Deliver brand position and activation plan to deliver on digital talent hiring needs
- Coordinate between sectors to strike a well-balanced global/location strategy
- Deliver inventive pilot programs (test-to -invest strategy) exploring new ways to engage and delight digital candidates; it’s important to break through the clutter in this highly competitive market
- Derive and share key learnings and insights to drive continuous improvement of our employer brand
- Establish and track budgets, and key KPIs aligned to initiatives

Role Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Brand Marketing and/or Corporate Communications
- Experience in innovation & transformation strategy a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in work experience in relevant discipline(s)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and keep up with a high volume of activity and stakeholders
- Creative mindset and talent for developing meaningful employment messaging content for different audiences
- Experience with social media platforms and digital tools
- Strong remote-working interpersonal skills
- Effective project and stakeholder management

POSITION LOCATION: This position will be a hybrid between working in our Purchase, NY office some days with flexibility to be remote other days.
