DescriptionYour Opportunity

You will be part of the Global Strategic Insights and Analytics team who guides the development of our Global Iconic Brands and key Markets around the world. Reporting to the Global Brands Insights VP, you will be embedded within the Martini Global team as part of the core team working with the Global VP, Brand and Communication Directors.

You will be responsible for making sure that powerful insights are delivered to help shape significant decisions on brand and category strategy, brand positioning, communication, innovation pipeline and activity development.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

* Igniting the Consumer Insights agenda across MARTINI master Brand and variants portfolio.
* Partnering with the MARTINI Global VP’s and SIA team to deliver the strategic fundamentals necessary to unlock transformational growth
* Guiding the Brand Innovation Agenda and identifying new, relevant, and exciting opportunities for the brand
* Inspiring the markets with data, perspective, and consumer insights to guide business decisions.
* Acting as a strategic thought partner to the brand and market teams while being a role model for the Insights team, passionately advocating for the voice of the consumer at every opportunity
* In partnership with the MARTINI Leadership Team, leading the annual review of the Situation Assessment and Brand Positioning Framework
* Building deep understanding of the MARTINI’s Proven Growth Drivers for the Integrated Activity Plan

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

* You have led transformational growth through category and consumer insight
* You are skilled in using data to help senior stakeholders make tough decisions. Highly skilled in synthesising data from multiple sources and distilling crisp, tangible and meaningful business insights
* You have conducted research projects at a global, regional, and local level
* Experience in a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research methods and ability to apply them pragmatically to business issues
* Drinks and Luxury Category experience is desirable.
* Digital Skills and willingness to accelerate digital learning is desirable
