Global Marketing Manager for Renewable Aviation

to join us to strengthen our brand positioning and to create innovative and creative marketing activities across all channels. Our office is located in Hoofddorp, a short train ride away from Amsterdam.

Your part in Neste’s journey in decarbonizing aviation:
- Co-creating the overall brand and marketing strategy and vision for Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel
- Growing the awareness and generating demand for Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel globally. The marketing responsibility covers 360 marketing disciplines along the marketing funnel cross channels from planning, initiating and executing marketing activities and campaigns together with external agencies as well as in-house development.
- Building and driving a data driven approach in the marketing mix starting with a clear strategy and KPIs, built on insights and available data and dashboards, following an effective orchestration across channels, by continuous optimization of content and campaigns.
- Partnership marketing opportunities identification and activities with planning, implementing and following co-branding and marketing activities.
- Event management and event sponsorships.
- Marketing go-to-person for commercial sales teams in Renewable Aviation. Liaising also with the cross functions from corporate brand, marketing and communications etc. as needed.
- Fostering relationships within our own marketing and comms teams, sales and other internal stakeholders
- Leading or participating in various projects
- Marketing budget responsibility including optimising spend across channels

What we think you need to be successful in this role:
- Experience in marketing and branding in B2B and B2C contexts (experience +5 years)
- Ability to drive and implement the marketing plans in an holistic way, manage a network of partners, and work towards a set of KPI’s
- Business understanding and skills/experience to align marketing actions with overall strategies
- Ability to work in a virtual team and implement global brand guidelines, content and practises
- A structured touch, ability to work both strategically as well as hands-on, zooming in and out as needed
- Proven track record of successful data driven marketing
- Digital marketing and content creation, including marketing automation, preferably within the Salesforce platform and Marketing Cloud
- Experience in utilising customer data from various sources (CRM, web, 3rd parties and alike)
- Analytical mindset and capability to derive actions based on set KPI’s and numbers
- Interested in the latest marketing tools and trends and curious to continuously improve your skills
- Excellent project management skills
