DescriptionThe Media Manager is part of the Global Advertising Team which develops the Creative campaigns and creates the Media Strategies for all markets. He/she will be responsible for driving efficiency and quality in the service of all our media agencies in some of our 100+ markets and ensures the best media plans, at the best cost, in a fast-changing media environment to meet the Red Bull business objectives. Overall, this role will be successful when you increasing value for our media plans/budgets and Red Bull’s media agency partners are held accountable for the agreed deals.

In this role you’ll guide country brand and media managers to develop and implement the ideal country-specific advertising plan, reflecting the global strategy and local learnings. Moreover, you’ll align the agreed business plan and advertising budget for the country media plans and work closely with the Headquarters brand team, media managers and international specialists to share advertising learnings.

Secure best media agency cost and transparency in the markets, i.e. commitment tracking, benchmark media cost, fees, tech cost, and other relevant media agency cost for transparency, fair pricing and inflation mitigation. Ensure annual media roadmap of standard deliverables for agencies is supplied, such as post campaign reporting, media reviews, buying reviews and recommendations. Outline areas of media buying optimization at scale.

Drive cross-country best practise sharing, training & capability building, as well as consistency and quality in Red Bulls Media approach. Moreover, you’ll constantly identify, analyse and align the latest media trends, seek out new opportunities and apply them to the Red Bull advertising strategy.
