Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent & Leadership, you will provide high-level and integrative programme management support for the global people leadership team. This will enable consistent scope management, quality, effort, risks and resource tracking, monitoring of progress, data and insights that can be leveraged for ET and PLT level reporting on progress.
Based from Heineken’s global Head Office in Amsterdam, you will:
Ensure the consistent execution of the People Review process. Leading the preparation and consolidation of key pieces for the People Review process at the Global level.
Deliver and drive global talent and leadership COE data and insight. Develop and manage regular and bespoke reports, dashboards and any other analytics requirements for populations of interest (e.g., Talent Pools and MT & Key Positions Succession), aligning relevant internal teams. Provide expertise for MyHR (SuccessFactors) around the Performance Management & Succession modules and drive capability building in these areas at Country, Regional and Global level.
Influence the usage of reporting tools at Global, Region and Country level to generate valuable talent insights. Provide relevant analytics as a key input into the regional and functional people reviews. Conduct analyses and extract insights from metrics to help determine priorities and inform solutions. Research and consolidate benchmarks in key talent metrics.
Prepare and attend PLT meetings to participate in projects status, metrics and insights, follow up coordination. Project management to include reporting on scope, quality, effort, risks and resource tracking, monitoring of progress, data and insights that can be leveraged for ET and PLT level reporting on progress.
Collaborate with Global HR Managers to ensure availability of data required for Resource Committees. Developing and delivering standard reporting and data analysis (Functional Resource Committees, Functional Succession Planning meetings, Functional People Review meetings). Leading the cross-functional sharing of best practices for Resource Committee execution.
Lead the nomination process for Global Talent Development programmes (HIMAC, Accelerate (coordinate with regions)), Global Mentoring (nomination & matching).
For this role we are looking for someone with:
University level education.
Relevant work experience, as either a consultant or HR professional, managing global data, insights and talent programs.
Experience with HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors), Microsoft Office, and analytics (Power BI, Excel and Reporting tools).
Strong communication skills, with experience of converting data / information in to digestible reports for a variety of end users.
Have experience working in a global organization, engaging with multiple stakeholders at senior / executive team level.
Excellent business acumen, able to understand how to support organizational strategy and priorities.
Analytical and a systems thinker, who can understand how details connect to the big picture.
Collaborative and able to influence others.
Languages: Fluent written and verbal English.
