What You'll Do

- This role requires someone with a passion for brand and creativity. A seasoned brand guardian and developer with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand design systems and brand governance principles.
- You will strategically guide and manage a team to deliver a coherent and consistent branded customer experience across touchpoints and markets.
- Your remit will stretch from instilling meticulous brand governance across our existing brand portfolio to driving the evolution of new brands and initiatives for Sky.
- Generate brand proposition and strategy, identity and brand design including name generation, creation of brand expression, assets and guidelines.
- Build strong agency relationships to generate industry leading work, you will also have strong creative judgement and the ability to challenge and drive ideas.
- Be responsible for briefing and utilising customer and brand insight, trademark searches and registration (working in partnership with Sky legal).
- You will need to quickly build, maintain and handle relationships at all levels, and across multiple markets. You must also be comfortable to work within a matrix structure and able to deliver through others.

What You'll Bring
- 10+years' experience with an in-depth understanding of brand and creative strategy with a thorough understanding of the workstreams, pressures and timescales involved in brand and creative development and delivery.
- Excellent creative agency briefing and management skills!
- Delivery focussed, able to manage 3rd party budgets and negotiate to ensure excellent standards at great value for money.
- Ability to balance opposing priorities and timings, finding opportunities and foreseeing risks.
- Optimistic and hardworking, always thinking ahead and foreseeing risks/problems.
-Direct experience in the broadcast/media/entertainment sector will be a distinct advantage!

Where You'll Work

Osterley
Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There's also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
