The Head of In-house Global Media Trading Unit is responsible for the delivery of a world class digital marketing, activation, and management service. You will lead a team of highly talented media and technology specialists, across international markets, providing strategic insight, and innovation, growing the strategic potential of Reckitt brands globally in the digital space. Driving continued evolution and innovations, ensuring Applied Media Science In-housing capabilities remain industry leading and cutting edge.

You will managing a high performing In-house digital media specialist team. You will own the P+L with a budget of £150m. You will drive adoption of Applied Media Science In-house capabilities across our local markets and business units to meet our growth ambition. You will lead market expansion efforts, promoting Applied Media Science across Reckitt and develop global media trading strategies that drive outperformance, localising across brands/markets: Brand, Ecommerce, DTC and full funnel focus. You will continually review trading methods, strategies, operations, and external partners to drive productivity efficiencies. You will implement short term and long term high-level global and local digital strategy and develop digital transformation roadmaps across our partner markets to increase digital maturity and outperformance.

You will develop the In-house talent as well as assessing needs and resource planning on an ongoing basis. You will maintain Digital Factory governance process and driving adoption/ compliance across all In-house markets and you'll actively build relationship across key stakeholders, removing silos where possible.


…You have hands on experience required across adtech platforms, such as Google Marketing Platforms, Meta, Amazon etc. You have a proven track record on building and maintaining stakeholder relationships. You have experience in managing a P+L and commercial awareness. You can deliver results across large global markets, consistently. You have strong people management and leadership skills as well as experience in managing service providers (Agencies and technology partners). You have a proven track record of taking initiative and implementing innovative solutions.
