Join Product and Marketing Development (PMD) as our new Billund-based Head of Marketing Enabling!

Core Responsibilities

- Lead the Product Group marketing Business Intelligence team, generating crucial business insights and reporting commercial performance to key partners for effective commercial storytelling.
- Part of Core-business Leadership Team – playing an important role in co-leading the PMD core-business organization.
- From the PMD side, you are responsible for the Lead Market Model, facilitating integration and interaction between Product Groups and Markets & Channels (M&C) to shape our future portfolio and marketing efforts, and secure strong deployment of our go to market efforts.
- Orchestrate cross-portfolio market interactions, managing events like Customer Input Window and Market Integration Week in close collaboration with M&C.
- Orchestrate market-driven products (MDPs) and customer differentiation initiatives, collaborating closely with our M&C and Portfolio Management team, applying strategic and commercial skills.
- Manage business operations for Product Groups toward relevant partners in PMD and M&C overseeing elements like price points, focus products, and frames, with a comprehensive and analytical approach.
- Foster a global marketing culture and excellence through onboarding, inspiration sharing, standard processes, off-sites, and social events.
- Lead the Cross Franchise Marketing Excellence team, delivering product overviews, packaging, source copy, and catalogues to support our Head of Products and marketing leads in franchise lead teams, integrating marketing and commercial expertise.

- Seasoned leader with extensive global experience in marketing, business, and organizational leadership within B2C.
- Demonstrated ability to blend strategic foresight and strong execution abilities and can drive strategy development and deployment through team engagement.
- A marketing leader dedicated to understanding audiences, consumers, shoppers, and retailers, with a keen commercial drive. Stay attuned to industry trends, insights, and performance metrics, to impact the development of strategies.
- As a Business and Insights Storyteller, you are fluent in translating business and marketing data into impactful narratives. You'll confidently contribute informed opinions to influence decisions, even without decision-making authority.
- Proven track record of effective leadership across individuals, teams, and organizations. Shape and guide motivated teams, providing clear direction, empowerment, and ownership.
- Collaborative teammate, adept at navigating challenging discussions at all organizational levels with a focus on shared goals.
- Ambitious, transformational, and dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards while driving value for the brand, business, and employees.
- Outstanding communication, partner management, and presentation skills.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, displaying agility in response to evolving external landscapes.
- Robust comprehension of the end-to-end value chain, spanning global, regional, and local contexts.
