Who We Are Looking For



  • Experience in Sports Marketing, Marketing or Brand Marketing. Previous work with athlete’s ecosystem or sport event is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a passion for the industry and a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of professional sports, athletes’ management and sport industry
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and develop strong, trust-based relationships with diverse teams within a large matrix organization and large audience (athletes, agents, agencies)
  • Skilled relationship builder both internally and externally, with strong cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Ability to manage numerous complex workstreams simultaneously; managing tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
  • Skilled at engaging with diverse audiences, promoting teamwork, and maintaining positive, productive partnerships across the sports marketing landscape, including facilitating meetings and delivering presentations
  • Ability to balance day to day operational tasks with a strategic outlook across regions
  • Effective team member who positively influences peers, colleagues and the work environment

What You’ll Work On


  • Develop and execute clear plans for athletes and teams that fully leverage the potential of the portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Drive the Sports Marketing POV at the concept stage of all brand activations to ensure a balanced approach in relation to the performance demands of the athlete and wider contextual industry factors around the use of specific athletes and assets within specific situations at specific times
  • Provide Athlete Insights to help shape and refine the portfolio, using a brand tiering approach
  • Improve leverage of SM assets across all field of plays & functions through flawless integration into brand planning, aligning to the strategic concept map
  • Manage the athlete request process through deep integration within the business and leverage of tools (Athlete Portal platform), ensuring a seamless, efficient experience for our key partners
  • Implement Sports Marketing strategies by building strong relationships within the team and across departments. You will collaborate closely with Brand Management, Energy Marketing, Communications, Purpose, and Product teams to support and drive business priorities
