Description- General Purpose
As a Manager Digital Content Strategy at adidas you will support our Content Experience pillar.The candidate will be responsible for managing topic success such as automation; personalization; and process, as well as supporting the team efforts of innovation through content. Working with key stakeholder groups across the business, such as Product teams and Local Market teams to drive towards internal KPIs to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Work towards meeting KPIs and deadlines to meet business objectives and priorities into digital roadmap for Content Strategy with the respective stakeholder groups
- Support with the communication of plans within Digital Experience Design, Business Units, global parties and markets
- Understanding consumer needs and how to apply that to digital content strategy plans, including the ability to prioritise to drive relevant projects and workstreams
- Optimize work and plans based on results and insights. Collaborate with other Digital Experience Design and internal teams functions to reflect consumer insights to ensure agility and that the business can meet the strategic business plan laid out
- Drive assigned projects and communicate progress and expectations to key stakeholders

Preferred Experience
- Education & Professional Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in multi-national business environment
- 1+ years experience in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment
- Optional: Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or other related field
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
- Experience and understanding of Digital Product teams and Content
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, able to comfortably update and present to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
- Ability to understand consumer behavior across the entire digital landscape
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
- Can independently prioritize and manage workload; works well under remote management
- Experience working in a multi-country, multi-language environment is a plus
- A working knowledge of digital analytics tools, KPI tracking and all-round critical thinking
- Strong cross-functional relationship management skills
- Strategic mindset with an ability to prioritize
- An understanding of consumer behavior across the digital landscape
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
