Bumble is looking for a diligent, enthusiastic, highly organized and relationship-driven Marketing Operations Manager to help scale Bumble’s brand as the leading relationships and social networking app in LATAM

This role will report to the Marketing Director of LATAM, working closely with both cross-functional teams and local agencies to support growth across multiple markets in LATAM.

The role will be based in Mexico City, MX or remote in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
- From regional campaigns to new market launches, this role will encompass a wide range of marketing functions including influencer, social media, and campaign execution
- Manage analytics, reporting, and team dashboards to measure the effectiveness of the marketing channels
- The Marketing Operations Manager will support the Marketing team, ensuring that all campaign deliverables are accurately executed and reported on, supporting on launching in new markets, assisting with always-on influencer relationships, and measuring the impact of marketing efforts
- Work with the Marketing team, in assisting all LATAM markets with their marketing activities with the aim to drive new user growth
- Help the organization evolve its marketing practices and adopt new solutions
- Educate the marketing team on technology processes and best practices
- Mentor individuals from the marketing teams
- Assist with new market launches including researching market trends and competitor landscape, support with onboarding and co-ordinating launch plans
- Support on integrated marketing campaigns including stakeholder management, drafting feedback, trafficking assets, and measuring campaign success
- Support influencer activities including drafting influencer briefs, working closely with agencies on content delivery, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Scheduling in-app promotions as needed, working cross-functionally with creative, copywriting, and CRM teams
- Working closely with the creative team on design requests needed for the influencer, social and in-app activities
- Evaluate inbound partnership and marketing requests for LATAM
- Stay up to date on current trends that can be leveraged to create more impactful campaigns
- Draft agreements and liaise with the International Operations team and/or Legal team to define commercial and contractual information for LATAM marketing activities
- Liaise with the International Operations team and/or Finance team on invoicing and budget monitoring for all LATAM marketing activities
- Build marketing processes, toolkits, and best practices in collaboration with individual markets and ensure these are kept up to date
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on LATAM marketing activities to be shared globally

Process Optimization

Optimizing marketing processes is a key skill to enable the business to grow and scale:
- Review and update existing processes.
- Design and create new operating processes.
- Define the marketing objectives for each campaign
- Advise campaign managers on builds, segmentation, and personas
- Ensure campaigns meet standard processes and quality standards

Experience We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years experience developing process and improving marketing operations
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other G-Suite platforms
- Airtable is a plus
- Solid and succinct communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
