DescriptionWhy Should I Apply? (Overview of Role):
- The Field Engagement team is responsible to engage various frontline seller roles with all the marketing resources and practices that are available to them to grow their practices.
- This role will focus on the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Financial Advisor (Field and Home Office) role as they deliver key strategic objectives for responsible growth.
- Team works work with various business and marketing partners
What Will I Be Doing? (Responsibilities):
- Understand the key strategic objectives of the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management business and the role of the Financial Advisor and field leadership
- Support adoption of key programs and campaigns, specifically, Top Advisor Award and Celebrating Success programs
- Support engagement of tools/resources available
- Create advisor guides to ensure awareness and adoption.
- Gather Voice of Associate to influence how communications/tools are delivered on programs managed
- Understand, manage and look to improve our process through operational excellence
- Engage, collaborate and partner with various levels of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management LOB, Marketing and Field Marketing Tools teams (including Senior Leadership)
Required Skills:
- 5 years channel marketing or brand marketing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively translate high level objectives into tangible tactics that can be executed by the seller population
- Supportive of teammates and exhibits flexibility
- Budget/accounting experience to ensure accurate forecasting and reconciliation
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management organization and products/services
- Proficient in SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
