DescriptionThe vaccines market has become significantly more competitive over recent years and expectations on customer experience have increased significantly.

Global Vaccines Commercial (GVC) has built marketing capability especially in areas such as insight generation and further capability building is needed in data driven customer experience(DDCX) to increase GSK competitiveness at the customer interface.

This will increase the quality (including persona specific) and timeliness of our content and solutions and so increase customer experience leading to better business performance

This role will help build this capability across the vaccines portfolio interfacing with global vaccines medical ,tech and the GPMO(Global pharma marketing Operations) team

The role of Senior Manager DDCX will report to the Business Operations Director, as part of the Commercial Operations team.

Your Responsibilities
- Set up necessary processes and tools to inspire brand teams to identify and deliver industry leading innovative content solutions to resolve customer pain points utilizing outside industry concepts and cross Pharma and GSK examples; interfacing with GSK tech and third parties as needed
- Lead and embed content measurement methodology and ways of working across GVC, including the regular tracking and reporting of Content KPIs
- Lead the mind-set shift towards the “One TA” objective by including Medical on the same journey as the Commercial teams, sharing digital marketing ways of working and increasing competency in data literacy and data driven insight generation to continue ensuring the TA is “future ready”
- Have a strategic “Global view of Global” by sitting across all brands and channels and sub teams, able to share learnings, identify and flex marketeer capability building and communicate a single direction of travel to all teams to ensure global brand teams are constantly innovating and enabling the delivery of world class global brand and content strategies to LOCs.
- Drive the agenda and co-lead Global Marketing Directors (GMD) and Global Marketing Managers (GMM) monthly forums to drive excellence in DDCX and marketing overall and alignment across all Vaccines brands
- Provide tools and lead process to deliver consistent high-quality business plans, communicating and coordinating timelines with brand teams to ensure governance is completed on time and inline with industry best practice
- Ensure all GVC process eg IAP reflect latest DDCX thinking

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree
- Deep understanding and experience of DDCX to drive business performance
- Significant experience delivering or leading across brand/product marketing and multichannel/digital marketing in pharma including campaign delivery at LOC and/or global level
- A change management and learning mind-set
- Ability to bring clarity to complex, multi-faceted situations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence while operating in a highly matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
- Over 7 years of experience in LOC, region and/or global marketing
- Experience of effectively operating in a matrix model – global environment
- Experience in digital transformation and innovation
- Project Management experience working with cross functional teams
- Cultural sensitivity and tact, the ability to work effectively across cultures and ability to interact with Senior Leaders
