You are responsible for

- Annual marketing program planning process at Cluster Level and supporting the Portfolio Marketing and the Business Development Managers in their planning processes (e.g. SPOR, AOP, BMC)
- Strategic marketing planning processes and governance in the Cluster across Businesses and Categories
- Launching all services NPI’s
- Responsible for Bus Dev of Services portfolio, enabling markets & business to realize AOP
- Keeps an overview of the Cluster’s marketing budget according to the guidance of the Head of Marketing
- Collaborates with Head of Marketing to plan, support and help to achieve goals of the Cluster’s marketing strategy
- Leverage capabilities of GBS organization for performance management, commercial productivity and commercial analytics to ensure efficient organizational set-up.
- Lead the global Marketing Operations & Planning team
- Initiate and lead in change management and activation programs as needed to drive successful marketing activation

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related
- At least 10 to 15 years in commercial roles, including Marketing, Sales, Business Development with proven success
- At least 10 years’ experience in people management
- Solid knowledge of the Customer Services business, processes, systems and KPIs
- Experience in managing Commercial Analytics/ Business Intelligence processes and teams
- Minimum 5 years experience in driving commercial performance in markets; direct or indirect P&L responsibility
- Experience in driving commercial productivity/commercial improvement programs
- Demonstrated ability to work in and shape complex, cross-modality, cross functional, international environments
- Change management experience
- Preferably Philips (Service) market experience
