• Organise, manage and facilitate remote events bringing together small groups of members approximately once every six weeks;
• Write reports which capture insights from discussions but also for industry white papers and member guidance;
• Work with existing colleagues to interpret, visualise and present qualitative and quantitative data from member research;
• Possibly help to grow the network by recruiting new member companies into the WFA.
The role will, ideally, be based in Brussels though other locations possible with remote working.
Given the current situation, little travel is anticipated.

• 5 or more years’ experience of strategic marketing sourcing and tactical purchasing, ideally with multi-market, cross-category coverage;
• Service-oriented mentality that prioritises responsiveness;
• Articulate, professional and with good presentation skills;
• Ideally with some experience of WFA’s model and network so to hit the ground running;
• Personable and collaborative by nature who is willing to carry the baton for a team which is moving in the right direction!
• Ideally some analytical skills in interpreting data, qualitative research and report writing;
• Mother-tongue level English.

The role provides the right candidate with a fascinating opportunity to act as a conduit for a network of diverse personalities from variety of backgrounds around the world. The role would run from
• January (shadowing our existing colleague for a debrief).
• February – mid-August as maternity cover.
• Possible ongoing involvement beyond August depending on the experience of both parties.
