Mission And Responsibilities

Propose and execute the international digital marketing strategy for Core Brands (Davidoff, Joop, Escada).

eCommerce acceleration
Establish and implement the 3Y road map for the brand in close collaboration with Global/Local eCommerce teams
Overlook eCommerce toolbox strategy for the brand across all initiatives
Develop additional eRetailer relevant content or experience
Improve permanent visibility on all eRetailer touchpoints via toolboxes/guidelines creation and continuous eRetailer audits
Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand
Social Media
Manage conversational calendar across all social media channels (Instragram, Facebook, You Tube, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc…) in close collaboration with the IM team
Build and execute global and local paid campaigns in close collaboration with Global Media team
Create best in class toolkits, ensuring budget sufficiency and support markets for local needs
Analyze the trends, insights, markets feedbacks to identify any relevant new opportunity for the brand
Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand
Content production
Define content planning strategy for the brand in close collaboration with multifunctional teams
Coordinate content production with the Studio or an agency (i.e pitch, agency management, coordination with all the external or internal stakeholders) including
Creative/assets and timeline definition per platform
Production and post production follow up
Guidance for assets usage
Deployment deck
Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand
Digital amplification
Define any relevant digital experience for the brand across all initiatives (offline and online)
Build a strong & efficient seamless consumer experience
Analyze the trends to identify innovation that could be used for consumer experience
Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand
Point of contact for markets and FH

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)

Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or Related Field, MBA preferred
First experience in Digital Marketing and/or related experience


Strategic- Planning, administration, facilitation, digital platforms, innovation, problem analysis
Business- Work-flow structuring, monitoring, account administration, automated office systems, multi-tasking, analytical, quantitative, organizational, detail-oriented, time management
