This position is responsible for developing Fringe Digital & eCom Innovation with application in digital space: platforms, services, new monetisation models, involving internal and external capabilities. Main scope of work is Innovation beyond Product. She/he is responsible for driving the growth across the entire Nutrition portfolio and focus on the most digitally advanced geographies.

In this role you will…
Develop and lead the brand digitalisation strategy, to include;

Develop Strategy & Innovation Pipeline with ownership and entrepreneurship at heart
Articulate and present strategy to senior stakeholders
Test, learn & iterate on NPDs and EPDs
Engage markets in the strategy, testing plans and deployments
Defining the strategy, HowToWin levers, development and testing approach, business model design and input collection from all functions
Develop and manage innovation pipeline
Lead the implementation of qualified initiatives in key geographies

You'll succeed because…
…you have deep e-commerce knowledge, combined with strong Brand Management Acumen. You have been heavily involved in digital strategy development and have lead on specific ecommerce verticals such as Innovation, brand development or channels. For the last few years, your focus will have been on product divisions that have displayed the highest % growth in Digital & eCom.
