Founding member of the Demand Centric Growth (DCG) Centre of Excellence: New strategy capability to uncover growth opportunities for key global categories, then build and execute long-term brand and product portfolio strategies to unlock that growth. DCG (methodology owned by Boston Consulting Group) uses a rigorous survey and combines quantitative analysis (including AI algorithms) with qualitative local market knowledge to reach deep customer insights, and then put those insights into strategic action for brands and categories.

Integrate and grow of a newly acquired brand
Assess new markets for international expansion of a category
Position Portfolio and new growth opportunities for a legacy Reckitt brand across multiple countries
Support DCG project launch & monitoring: e.g. draft questionnaire for belief audit, organize key meetings, etc.
Perform CMUs-specific analysis: e.g. deep-dives required by the business or local teams
Enhance Size opportunity and growth potential
Assess starting point, competition and ease of execution
Formalize key outputs
Formalize marketing strategies and communication campaigns defined with CMUs/ local teams
Work closely with local teams

Understanding of category, brands and business objectives and can develop relevant research programs to meet the challenges
