For our marketing department in Eysins, reporting to our Marketing Director, the Senior Brand Manager is
- Responsible for the marketing of a number of brands in Switzerland
- To develop and execute local brand strategies and concepts in line with brand strategy
- To steer and develop the brands to achieve the targeted sales and profits

Main Responsabilities
- Achieve sales and project contribution on respective brands
- Develops and implements mid term (3 year) brand strategies in line with company and Maison’s agreement
- Develops and executes Above- and Below-the-line activities in accordance with brand strategy
- Is accountable for the development, implementation and control of Media- and Sales Promotions campaigns, where necessary with selected and approved agencies
- Optimizes the value chain of the brands
- Ensures optimal spend allocation
- Provides clear consumer insights (consumer needs, segmentation and value proposition)
- Develops and manages consumer relationship management tools
- Monitor Brands health
- Reorganizes and expands the customer base
- Implements marketing concepts in order to increase profitability and sales volume as well as enhancing brand values
- Internal control, respect of internal processes and operational directives

- Master Graduate level or equivalent in international marketing, communication or business
- 7 years minimum of marketing/sales experience in major Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company, preferably in luxury segment or Wine & Spirits industry
- Fluent (C1) in (Swiss) German, French and English – MANDATORY IN 3 LANGUAGES
- Knowledge and Passion for gastronomy (wine & spirits or hospitality) is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Swiss media landscape or working with journalists is an advantage
- Project management experience (event organisation) is an advantage
- Strategic agility and analytical skills
