WFA has announced four more industry leaders who will take the Global Marketer Week stage in Singapore next April: Cheryl Goh, Group VP Marketing, Grab, Ivan Pollard, Chief Marketing Officer, General Mills, Syl Saller, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer of Diageo and Mark Sandys, Global Head of Beer, Baileys and Smirnoff at Diageo.

They will join Marc Pritchard, Chief Brand Officer of P&G, and Raja Rajamannar, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Mastercard, who have also been confirmed as speakers at WFA’s Global Marketer Conference 2020. The conference will be the showpiece event of WFA Global Marketer Week and is scheduled for April 2nd. More speakers will be announced soon.

Taking place in Singapore from March 31st to April 3rd, Global Marketer Week is organised with the support of the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).

The location reflects the importance of Asia-Pacific for global brands, as well as Singapore’s role as a hub for global and regional marketers.

The event will bring together some of the world’s top marketers and thought-leaders to explore common global challenges as well as opportunities in Asia-Pacific, an area seen as a critical source of growth for brands in the next five years.

Additional events include sessions related to media, marketing procurement, digital policy as well as responsible marketing topics, as well as a Better Marketing session on March 31st which will look at how marketing can contribute to addressing some of the most pressing societal challenges.

Global Marketer Week is the annual event for client-side marketers. It was held in Lisbon in 2019Tokyo in 2018, Toronto in 2017 and Kuala Lumpur in 2016.
