The Customer Framework (TCF), a leading global management consultancy, will provide the WFA and its members with global insight into industry best practice and benchmarks in the fields of Business and Marketing transformation.

Neil Woodcock, Chief Executive Officer at TCF commented on the strategic partnership saying: “As organisations attempt to maximise the opportunities offered through marketing in the digital world, the need to develop a high performing and future fit organisation has never been more important. So many business transformations fail because they focus on the wrong areas and try to force change onto teams that are not prepared at the operational level. We have deep global experience in making sure that change does not just happen, but that it lasts and so we are delighted to be able to provide the WFA and its members the benefit of our global knowledge and insights into how to make transformation a tangible reality that can drive lasting growth”.

Stephan Loerke, WFA Chief Executive Officer added: “We’re delighted to be partnering with The Customer Framework and we’re very much looking forward to working with their team to ensure our members can benefit from their insight, experience and recommendations in this business critical area”.
