This WFA report written in partnership with Flock Associates – The Marketing Transformation Company, explored how clients, in a marketing procurement role, rely on tech & tools to deliver their goals.
31 respondents from 23 different companies took part, representing over 9 different industry sectors. WFA members were asked a series of questions concerning their reliance on tech & tools to deliver their procurement goals. The surprising highlight of this report is that many of the tools are still very spend, cost or procurement focused but not yet driving marketing effectiveness.
Flock Associates added their perspective and insight to harness marketing procurement technology more effectively.
