CEO

  • Stephan Loerke
    Stephan Loerke Stephan Chief Executive Officer
    Stephan manages the WFA secretariat, oversees all work carried out on behalf of its members and is the WFA’s main spokesperson. He sits on all WFA public affairs and marketing committees, as well as on the WFA Executive Committee.

    Prior to joining WFA, Stephan worked at the United Nations in New York and later in both marketing and management roles at L'Oréal. Combining French and German nationalities, Stephan speaks French, German, English, Dutch and Spanish.

    Rob Dreblow Rob Global Head of Marketing Services
    Rob oversee’s WFA’s Marketing Services function. Based in Toronto, his focus includes the CMO Forum and championing marketing leaders’ priorities as well as keeping members on top of key trends.   • Laura Forcetti
    Laura Forcetti Laura Director, Marketing Services Asia Pacific, and Global Sourcing
    Based in Singapore, Laura leads WFA's marketing hub for Asia Pacific and the Global Sourcing Forum. A Coca-Cola and Nestlé alumna, she brings over a decade of experience in agency management and marketing procurement. She holds a bachelor's degree from Southampton Solent University and a master's degree from Montpellier Business School and is fluent in both French and English.   • Julia Kraft
    Julia Kraft Julia Associate Director, Global Marketing Services

  • Ioana Danila
    Ioana Danila Ioana Global Marketing Insights, Senior Manager
    Ioana leads the Insight Forum and insights practice at WFA, nurturing the global insights leadership community, organising peer to peer events, curating peer knowledge, and content creation for WFA members. Ioana is a Sociology graduate, with over 16 years of experience in insights. Prior to joining WFA, Ioana worked with leading global research companies including Ipsos, GfK and Kantar, across 6 regions of the world.   • Michelle McEvoy
    Michelle McEvoy Michelle Global Lead, Sustainable Marketing
    Michelle is Initiative Lead for the WFA Sustainable Marketing Community and plays a pivotal role in driving WFA's commitment to environmental sustainability within the marketing industry. She leads initiatives, collaborates with stakeholders and champions the adoption of sustainable practices among marketers globally. Michelle's 20-year career spans a mix of B2B and B2C sales, marketing, strategic capability, people and leadership development. She held a retail focused marketing role at The Walt Disney Company before going on to help establish the Marketing Capability function at HEINEKEN UK. She also served The Marketing Academy in numerous roles but latterly as Global Partnerships director. Prior to her role at the WFA, Michelle was Associate Director of sustainability consulting firm Project 17. As well as being a passionate sustainability leader, Michelle is a mental health advocate and Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming.
  • Stephanie Vandekerckhove
    Stephanie Vandekerckhove Stephanie Marketing Sourcing Manager
    Stéphanie is the primary point of contact for WFA’s Global Sourcing Forum and works closely with Laura to support the marketing procurement community. A business law graduate from the University of Antwerp, Stéphanie previously worked in marketing procurement at Procter & Gamble and as an independent strategy consultant, where she helped build the marketing procurement function for one of her most recent clients.   • Brenna Brandes
    Brenna Brandes Brenna Global Marketing Services, Manager
    Brenna is a New York City-based member of the Marketing Services team. Her role will be to support the team with initiatives intended to improve the global marketing industry for our clients and increase client-side marketing effectiveness. An Ithaca College alum, Brenna brings professional experience as a Marketing Specialist and Copywriter to her role here at the WFA.
  • Chrystal Yeong
    Chrystal Yeong Chrystal Senior Manager, Marketing Services
    A Singaporean national, Chrystal is part of WFA’s global marketing team, supporting the Asia-Pacific hub and helping ensure the region plays an active role in shaping global work. She delivers value for global and regional marketers through content, thought leadership, curated events and member engagement. An NTU alumna and former brand consultant, she is passionate about community building and brings over a decade of experience working with social enterprises and mission-driven start-ups.     Tom is Global Lead, Media Services; working closely with Matt to deliver services to the Media community across all elements of media and digital, as set out in the Media Charter.   • Bex Fisher
    Bex Fisher Bex Marketing Knowledge Manager
    Bex supports the WFA as Marketing Knowledge Manager. In her role, she has ownership of WFA’s Knowledge Base (library of marketing and policy insights), ensuring that insights are represented in the best way and are suitably classified and discoverable. Prior to the WFA, Bex worked as a Consultant for The Observatory International and for the UK advertising trade association ISBA. Bex has a Masters in Global Citizenship, Identities and Human Rights from The University of Nottingham and a BA in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London.

    Gabrielle Robitaille Gabrielle Director of Policy
    Gabrielle leads the WFA’s policy work, helping brands navigate and respond to policy and regulatory developments impacting their marketing communications.   • Alexandre Boyer
    Alexandre Boyer Alexandre Senior Manager, Policy
    Alexandre works within the WFA policy team, working notably on the sensitive issues of food and alcohol marketing and marketing and children with a strong focus on digital marketing communications. He has previously worked in leading consultancies in Brussels on issues linked to consumer goods, sustainability, chemicals and energy. He also worked in the transport sector in established trade associations. Graduate of European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris, he is passionate about politics. He is also a Belgo-French national.

    Christopher works in the policy and communications team at WFA leading on member facing content and thought leadership outputs.     Zoe Steele Zoe Membership Services, Senior Manager
    Zoe focuses on identifying opportunities for WFA commercialisation, collaborating cross functionally with forum leaders to deliver excellent service to our members, and increasing membership growth. She is a San Francisco native based in London and brings 10+ years of experience in the media & advertising technology sector. She has overseen and personally contributed to every stage of the sales funnel, driving strategy and revenue growth for cutting edge AI startups, established scale ups, and prominent tech platforms alike. Zoe keeps equity, diversity, and authentic connections at the heart of her work.
  • Justine David
    Justine David Justine Member Services, Manager
    Justine’s responsibility is to engage and support our members by responding to all membership-related concerns, inquiries, and requests.. Before, WFA she worked at CapGemini and for a wildlife conservation project in Costa Rica. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and a master’s degree in Events Management. She speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.

  • Amparo Gomez
    Amparo Gomez Amparo Events and Office Coordinator
    Amparo is responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations and supporting WFA with event management. Amparo has an educational background in English and Euroculture, Politics and Society. Prior to her role at WFA, she gained experience in the fields of event management and consultancy in EU affairs. Having lived and studied in several European countries, she is fluent in multiple languages including Spanish, English, French and she has a good command of German.
  • Esther Raado
    Esther Raado Esther Travel & Events Manager
    Esther is responsible for looking after WFA policy events and managing travel within the team. She is from Estonia but has lived and studied in several countries, including Denmark, The Netherlands, South Africa and the U.S. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management and her experiences prior to joining WFA were in the hospitality industry.     Laura Baeyens Laura Senior Communications Manager & National Associations Council Lead
    Laura works on WFA communications and supports the organisation's Diversity & Inclusion workstream.     Elien is responsible for overseeing the planning, organisation, creation, and publishing of all WFA content online on our website to cater to the needs of our members. Previously, Elien worked for several Belgian and international companies and non-profits. Holding a Master's degree in Translation and Journalism, she has a wide range of experience in marketing communication. She speaks Dutch, English, French, Spanish and Russian.     Sam plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of WFA. She also provides comprehensive support to the CEO, including logistical management of the executive committee. An Australian national, Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business and brings diverse experience from previous roles in property law, accounting and HR technology.     Andrew is responsible for select financial operations within the WFA. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in financial economics, he brings first-hand experience in corporate accounting from the United States.

    Camilla Hayes Camilla Global Head of HR
    Camilla manages WFA’s HR services and is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that are aligned with WFA’s 5-year strategy and vision. She is an accredited HR professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, with a strong track record of providing HR leadership to the executive team. She has previously managed the full provision of HR services in the UK, Europe, APAC, and the Americas.
