Google has recently announced that they will soon be raising the price of advertising in the UK, Austria and Turkey in response to national governments imposing new digital taxes on revenues generated by large online platforms hosting and delivering ads.

This session is an opportunity for WFA members to hear more about Google’s announcement and ask questions about how it will impact advertisers. Representatives from national advertiser associations in the UK and Turkey will also be invited to share their perspectives and provide details on some of the discussions they’ve been having locally with policymakers.
