Social media platform TikTok has rolled out a series of generative AI tools as part of its new ‘TikTok Symphony’ AI suite. In Cannes, it also unveiled its new ‘Digital Avatars’ as part of this suite of products, providing brands with the possibility to use virtual, AI-generated influencers to promote and sell products on the platform.

However, the use of virtual influencers has come under scrutiny in recent months over ethical concerns, and questions remain about how the use of digital avatars could impact brand authenticity and trust.

During this session, TikTok will provide insights into how these products work and share some practical applications. This will be followed by a Q&A and a discussion among participants.  

This meeting forms part of a new series deep diving into some of the generative AI products available to brands, open exclusively for WFA members.
