In a ‘warts-and-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule, WFA’s Media Forum provides peers the chance to come together to discuss and tackle common media challenges and further our industry’s agenda.

Making sense of the evolving agency model ecosystem
Matt Green (WFA) & guest: Ryan Kangisser (Managing Partner, MediaSense)will co-present the results from a recent report on the future of agency models. The aim of this report is to provide advertisers with a clearer view on what the current and future trends are with regards to agency models and what models will become most effective in the future.

Agency model evolution in practice
Building on this first session, Catherine Lautier (VP, Global Head of Media & Integrated Brand Communication, Danone) will share how Danone has restructured their agency ecosystem in recent years. Catherine to focus on the challenges experienced with acquiring sufficient talent to meet the organisation’s needs.

The “crisis” in talent is why People & Partners was featured so prominently in the WFA’s recent new Media Charter. Catherine to unpack the industry ‘asks’ made with respect to People in the Charter.  

How serious is the global talent problem?
Finally, in a moderated conversation, guest: Ed Steer (CEO, Sphere Recruitment) to share his view on the state and health of global talent levels in the media industry.
