In a ‘warts-and-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule, WFA’s Insight Forum provides peers the chance to come together to discuss and tackle common insights challenges and further our industry’s agenda.

In this session, WFA members will exchange knowledge about the storytelling and dissemination of insights.

Camille Denis (International Strategy & Insights Director at The Kraft Heinz Company) will share on Kraft Heinz’s internal “consumers closeness program” as well as on the “Insights Though Leadership” series designed to improve on the consumer obsession value within the organisation.

Angelica Beard (Senior Director, Global Insights & Analytics at Visa) will share examples of how Visa uses a mashup of primary consumer research, analytics, social intelligence, and data science to tell compelling stories about the power of the Visa brand to drive results for the business.

This will be followed by a round-table discussion. This session is dedicated to client-side insights & analytics senior leaders.
