Not a day goes by without another call for more Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) within our industry, which has now become a top priority for most organisations.
Some have done a great job of setting and achieving ambitious targets for greater representation of minorities in their own organisation. However, to drive meaningful changes, it is essential to look at the overall picture and also involve our external partners in this journey.
How can marketing procurement add another string to their bow and contribute to their company’s D&I commitments by cascading them to their suppliers, as well as the suppliers of their suppliers?
This session will give 15 WFA peers the chance to come together and reflect on their role with external partners in this societal challenge, in a ‘warts-an-all’ format under the Chatham House Rule.
