WFA’s Privacy and Tech Forum brings together senior experts from a broad range of functions, including public affairs, marketing, legal and compliance to discuss digital governance challenges facing companies in a data-driven, hyper-connected world.

This remote session is a repeat of the 6 November one, now at a time convenient for Asia-based members.

Join live with our guest, Laura Holden, and participate in a member-only roundtable under the Chatham House Rule.

This session will focus on the intersection of AI and privacy, and what it means for marketers navigating an increasingly data-driven world. Agenda to include:

  • AI in Marketing: Navigating Privacy Challenges – Guest Laura Holden, Tech and AI Lawyer and Founder of Responsible AI Consultancy, Bonsai, will provide an in-depth look at the privacy implications of using AI in marketing and how to implement responsible practices. Participants will gain practical insights into balancing innovation, ethics, and compliance.
  • Member-only Roundtable: How Brands Are Managing Privacy Risks from AI – This discussion builds on the earlier presentation and offers an opportunity for peer learning. Participants will be invited to share first-hand experiences of how their organisations are embracing AI responsibly, tackling emerging privacy risks, and building trust through transparent and ethical practices. The roundtable will be conducted under the Chatham House Rule and will not be recorded.

Date: 13 November 2025
Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM Singapore
