WFA is partnering with Marketing Procurement iQ, an educational, forward-looking conference designed to address the issues that matter most to Marketing Procurement professionals.

The event will explore the increasingly complex media and marketing ecosystem and the resulting transformation of Marketing Procurement. Across 40 sessions over two days, 80 subject-matter experts and industry leaders will share their perspectives. It’s a valuable opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and make meaningful connections.

As part of the programme, and alongside our strategic partner Agency Mania, WFA will host a session on Rethinking the Agency Ecosystem. This will introduce our upcoming WFA–Agency Mania research on how brands define, scope and reward agency work. Rather than revealing findings, the session will set the context by exploring the market forces - including AI disruption, roster consolidation, evolving briefing practices and performance-based remuneration - that made this research a priority. It’s an invitation for Marketing Procurement professionals to understand what is being studied, why it matters now, and what the industry might learn about itself.
