About WFA AI Workshop: responsible gen AI in practice

WFA AI Workshop: responsible gen AI in practice - About

This workshop will aim to develop practical guidance on how to translate responsible AI principles into marketing practice.

In collaboration with the AI Steer Team, WFA recently pulled together an overview and harmonised definitions of the most commonly adopted responsible AI principles.

To help bring them to life, these workshops will leverage the collective knowledge of WFA’s members to co-create actionable, voluntary guidance on how to operationalise the principles across the most pressing generative AI marketing use cases. The objective is to support brands leverage this technology while mitigating risk.

The first workshops will focus on the following external-facing marketing use cases:

  • Using generative AI to create and enhance visuals (e.g. places, imagery, products, virtual worlds, etc)
  • Using generative AI to alter or enhance the appearance of talent (e.g. to change hair colour, clothing, image)
  • Using generative AI for text translations (e.g. product descriptions, online banners, social media content)
  • Using AI-generated chatbots and virtual assistants for the purposes of customer service.
This meeting is open exclusively for WFA members.
