 The Opportunity:

The Financial Communications Manager will play a key role in supporting and executing the company’s financial communications and public affairs agenda. This position is ideal for a professional with strong intellectual curiosity around public policy and financial topics, who is comfortable navigating complex environments and working with a high degree of autonomy.

 

The role combines external stakeholder engagement, financial communications, and policy monitoring support, working closely with Investor Relations, Legal, and external advisors.

 Your Responsabilities:

 

 

Financial Communications

 

  • Support the preparation of financial communications materials, including earnings releases and financial press content.
  • Help ensure consistency and clarity in the company’s financial narrative across external communications.
  • Contribute to media Q&A preparation related to financial or corporate topics.

 

Public Affairs & Institutional Relations

 

  • Support the execution of public affairs activities aligned with corporate priorities, with a particular focus on mapping ongoing activities in the trade associations and managing ad hoc activities when applicable.
  • Monitor regulatory, political, and policy developments and being able to highlight and prioritize those that have clear implications for the business.
  • Contribute to the preparation of briefings and stakeholder materials for institutional and public-sector engagement, when applicable.

 

Cross-department Collaboration

 

  • Work closely with the rest of the Corporate Communications team in transversal projects such as Institutional Events, Online communications and/or Multimedia assets.
  • Support reputation monitoring, identifying emerging issues or risks.
  • Contribute to crisis-preparedness materials and response coordination.

 

Descripción del perfil:

 We'd love to meet you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in financial communications, corporate affairs, public affairs, or a related environments.
  • Strong interest in financial topics, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks (deep expertise not required, curiosity and learning capacity essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messages.
  • High level of autonomy, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ambition to grow into broader responsibility over time.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
