Description
Reporting to the Global Online team, you manage all web and e-commerce content and layout for both brands for France and International. You work autonomously, supported by an intern, and collaborate closely with internal teams (online, marketing, creative) as well as external freelancers.
Key Responsibilities
Editorial Production & Brand Identity
- Create and publish web content (pages, product descriptions, articles, inspirational content).
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice in both French and English.
- Develop and maintain editorial guidelines.
Content Strategy & Digital Activation
- Manage the global editorial calendar.
- Coordinate creative production (web design, copywriting, market adaptations).
- Oversee content quality and accuracy prior to publication.
SEO & GEO
- Optimize key pages for SEO (on-page, internal linking, content structure).
- Implement GEO best practices to reinforce visibility toward AI agents.
Page Design & UX Optimization
- Structure and update core website pages.
- Partner with the web designer and e-commerce teams to enhance navigation, readability and conversion.
CRM & Newsletters
- Ensure messaging consistency across CRM communications.
- Monitor engagement and performance; propose editorial and UX improvements.
Coordination & Project Management
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, CRM, creative and international markets.
- Manage freelancers (web designer, copywriter) and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Key Qualities
Creative, tech-savvy, curious, commercially minded, highly organized, rigorous, excellent communicator, strong digital culture and interest in AI.
Profile
Master’s degree in digital marketing, communication, journalism or equivalent.
3–5 years’ experience in web content and e-commerce, ideally within luxury, fragrance or lifestyle brands.
