Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead the Indirect Procurement organization for PepsiCo Beverages North America.

Your Impact

As Global Procurement Manager your scope would consist of:

• Lead and develop capability of a team responsible for 46 Representatives
• Ensure Accounts Payable duties are executed in compliance within internal audit (SAG/SOX) guidelines
• Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
• Resolve any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
• Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ)
• Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
• Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains
• Lead change initiatives and embrace change to deliver key business imperatives
  
  

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 5 – 7 Years of experience managing people
• Advanced English Fluency required - written and verbal
• Continuous improvement and Problem solving demonstrated background
• Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Accounts payables, Global procurement technical knowledge is desirable
• Demonstrated success managing a team of managers in a service-focused environment
