Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Lead the Indirect Procurement organization for PepsiCo Beverages North America.
Your Impact
As Global Procurement Manager your scope would consist of:
- Lead and develop capability of a team responsible for 46 Representatives
- Ensure Accounts Payable duties are executed in compliance within internal audit (SAG/SOX) guidelines
- Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
- Resolve any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ)
- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains
- Lead change initiatives and embrace change to deliver key business imperatives
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- 5 – 7 Years of experience managing people
- Advanced English Fluency required - written and verbal
- Continuous improvement and Problem solving demonstrated background
- Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Accounts payables, Global procurement technical knowledge is desirable
- Demonstrated success managing a team of managers in a service-focused environment
