About the job
We are seeking a Regional Brand Manager, JPAC to join our team based in Singapore. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong background in biologics or oncology launches and a passion for cutting edge dermatology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional launch readiness for the new biologics asset in Singapore and key JPAC regions, including Australia and South Korea etc.
- Execute the launch strategy, ensuring alignment with market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.
- Manage & lead stakeholder relationships, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical affairs, market access, regulatory, and sales teams.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance to optimise the launch strategy and drive brand growth.
- Lead post-launch marketing activities to accelerate growth, ensure alignment with business objectives, and deliver exceptional customer value.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential: Biologics launch experience, oncology, rare diseases, or portfolios with in-depth scientific discussion needed
- Strong experience in Singapore & experience in regional marketing across JPAC or SEA markets.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including medical, regulatory, and sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage ambiguity and bring clarity to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, working with tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
