- Partner with CRM, Marketing, Digital, and Commercial teams to turn complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Champion experimentation by leading A/B testing, test-and-learn, and data-driven initiatives to enhance customer understanding.
- Support the design and optimisation of data pipelines and analytical frameworks with Data Engineering and IT.
- Partner with Digital and Product teams to provide customer and performance insights that inform the evolution of the digital experience.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and IT to ensure robust data quality, governance, and scalable analytics foundations.
We'd love to meet you if you have

- Strong analytical capability with working knowledge of SQL to query and explore data; ability to partner with technical teams or vendors for more advanced analytics.

- Experience working with data platforms or cloud-based data environments (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure) and navigating data ecosystems across multiple sources.
- Understanding of digital customer journeys and key ecommerce performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
A few things you'll love about us
- An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture
- A range of learning and development opportunities
- An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow
- A competitive compensation & benefits package
