Overview
This role is focused on delivering strategic insights to drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) decisions across Price, Pack, and Promotion. Acting as a key business partner to the RGM team, the role requires strong commercial understanding, market intuition, and a holistic view on business performance to shape effective revenue management strategies for both Snacks and Beverages categories.
The primary goal is to translate shopper, consumer, category, and financial understanding into actionable recommendations supporting Pack Price Architecture, promotion effectiveness, and mix optimization. By leveraging internal and external data sources, advanced analytics, and dedicated research, the role provides strategic guidance on pricing, packaging, and promotional decisions while ensuring alignment with brand strategies, consumer demand, and key business KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Revenue Management Insights agenda for Poland across Snacks and Beverages categories, addressing business challenges through actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner closely with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and cross-functional stakeholders to identify key business questions and prioritize strategic insights initiatives.
- Design and execute research and analytics agenda leveraging internal and external data, shopper insights, and consumer research to support Price, Pack, and Promotion decisions.
- Deliver strategic insights on Category & Brand Price Architecture by analyzing category dynamics, channel performance, pricing ladders, competitive landscape, and consumer value perception to support effective Pack Price Architecture (PPA).
- Support Pack Price & Mix optimization through shopper and consumer understanding of pack perceptions, usage occasions, and demand spaces, identifying growth and mix opportunities across categories and channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, pricing developments, and shopper behavior to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
- Drive organizational learning by sharing insights, best practices, and recommendations across RGM and broader commercial teams to strengthen insight-driven decision making.
- Track implementation and business impact of recommendations, ensuring insights are effectively translated into commercial actions and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Shopper/Consumer Insights, Category Management, or Commercial Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Price, Pack, Promotion, Mix optimization, and Pack Price Architecture (PPA) in an advantage.
- Experience in leveraging internal and external data sources (e.g., NielsenIQ) and consumer/shopper research to support commercial decisions.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of category, channel, shopper, and sales dynamics.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English and Polish required.
- University degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial or insights experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected starting compensation range for this position is 184000,0 PLN annually (gross).

- This role is eligible for an annual bonus of 10% of annual salary, based on performance and eligibility.
