A WFA member is considering building a KPI measurement dashboard that houses key brand performance indicators and brand measurements in one place to help ensure better visibility of performance and a consistent view across the business. Elements to consider: the WFA member is looking to layer its dashboard potentially on the basis of profit, sales, growth indicators, campaign research, etc.
The member is keen on understanding how others in the industry have gone about creating and managing this kind of KPI dashboard and is seeking inspiration.
