In an intimate workshop format, the Sourcing Forum brought together 7 marketing procurement leaders to discuss the topic of how the sourcing function can drive greater effectiveness. For the 2nd half of the session, the group carried out a brainstorm on WFA’s voluntary maturity diagnostic tool proposal.
