In the client-agency journey, delineating the scope of work stands as a crucial phase, enabling the agency to efficiently allocate resources and prioritise tasks. However, this pivotal step often poses challenges for clients due to inconsistent processes, lack of uniformity and various data sources, potentially resulting in ineffective scopes of work that ultimately impact the agency's productivity.
The Sourcing Forum brought together 42 WFA members to identify, on a voluntary basis, possible best practices when improving their scope of work process and the potential benefits of implementing MarTech to support, in a ‘warts-and-all’ format under Chatham House rule.
