At the end of March, Thais Hernandez will end her tenure at the helm of the Venezuelan Association of Advertisers. Thais joined ANDA Venezuela in 1986.

Commenting on her leave she said: "Saying goodbye to ANDA is saying goodbye to so many friends. I want to thank all and every one of them. I'm off to take on new challenges, leaving in good and dedicated hands the association. I take with me a very precious experience and endless learnings. Thank you all for being part of my 29 years at ANDA!"

Taking over from Thais on the 1st of April is Ana Paula De Sousa. Before joining ANDA Venezuela as its new Executive Manager, Ana Paula worked for twenty years at the Venezuelan Federation of Advertising Agencies (Fevap).

"Federations are managed very much the same; what differs are the objectives. I used to represent agencies before and now advertisers. I'll strive to exert my duties with professionalism and dedication, just like until now. What matters at the end of the day is that the whole industry benefits from your work," commented Ana Paula.
