The Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) announced the appointment of Mark Finney as the association's new Director of Media and Advertising. He succeeds Bob Wootton who held the position for 20 years.
Finney will be leading ISBA's media activities on behalf of British advertisers. He is a Media Communications Strategist by profession, having worked on both the agency and client side including Orange, HSBC and MasterCard.
Mike Hughes, ISBA's Director-General, said: "Advertisers continue to face media challenges, whether in the more traditional media or the online space, including transparency, ad fraud, brand safety, ad blocking, viewability and the challenge of data ownership and the complex EU legislation ruling it. I am confident that Mark will build on Bob Wootton's excellent work in leading ISBA's media agenda, helping members to address the issues arising from an increasing rate of change in the media landscape."
