WFA welcomes two new staff members

The World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) has added two new members to its Brussels based team. Axel Debry formally joins as Public Affairs Manager while Laura Baeyens becomes Junior Communications Manager.
Axel is a Belgian national born and bred in Brussels. He was previously Project Officer for the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA), a Strategic Consultant for IBM Global Business Services and a Communications Intern at the United Nations Secretariat in New York City. He holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) and speaks English and French.

Laura, who is of Belgian and Filipino origin, worked previously in the communications department of the European Parliament. Prior to that, she worked as a freelance journalist and event coordinator in the Philippines where she lived for twenty years. She holds a Master's Degree in New Media from the Free University of Brussels (VUB). She speaks English, Dutch and Filipino.
