The Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) held the third edition of the PANAta Marketing Effectiveness Awards in Manila, recognising astounding works of Filipino marketers and agencies that reflect the PANA advocacy of 'Beyond Truth in Advertising'.

The PANAta Awards is comprised of 27 categories covering 5 scopes that include: Brand, Business-to-Business, Advocacy Marketing, Internal Communications and Academe.

Out of more than 70 submissions, McDonald's Philippines bagged the Grand PANAta Award, along with five other trophies that they share with local agency Leo Burnett Manila. Another big winner of the night was Nestlé Philippines, winning a number of trophies.

The PANAta Awards aims to encourage the Philippine marketing industry to go beyond brand awareness and to actively support the importance of responsible and forward-thinking work that inspires nation-building and nurturing the future.
